THINGS WE DO
*We welcome families and groups of all riding levels
**We make safety and customer service our top priority**
*Every tour begins with a mandatory 20 minute safety overview to ensure knowledgable, safe fun on the water!
*We offer complimentary life vests, eye protection, safety whistles, and helmets (all riders must wear a helmet)
*We provide a true local experience unattainable anywhere else on the lake!!
*All guides are required to have their Public Vessel License, First Aid, and CPR certifications
*We accept all major credit cards and of course, cash
*We require a credit card imprint for damage deposits (returned to guest at end of tour).
*Drivers must be at least 18 years of age and provide a valid drivers license
*WE RIDE 7 DAYS A WEEK; WEATHER DEPENDENT*
THINGS WE DON’T DO
* We do not allow pregnant women to ride.
*Children 6 or under may not ride the jet ski.
(All child passengers must be able to "hold on" behind the driver and have feet touch the foot wells)
* You will NOT be allowed to ride if under the influence of drugs or alcohol*
(At time of tour if guides can smell alcohol, you will not be allowed to ride and no refunds will be issued)
*We do not allow any behavior that compromises ones safety or the safety of others
*Absolutely, NO WAKE JUMPING of other boats, ski’s, and or Devocean’s water crafts. It is ILLEGAL and not tolerated.
Remember :You are about to experience Lake George on a motorsport, please properly prepare and dress yourself and your children (layers recommended).
*ARRIVE A HALF HOUR PRIOR TO SCHEDULED TOUR TIME TO AVOID AN INCONVENIENCE FEE OF $25 OR A CANCELLATION FEE OF 50%*
It is recommended you bring a towel and sunscreen! Some may desire water shoes.
**It is highly recommended for women to wear something to or below the knee (like leggings) for comfort**
Reservations are required for all tours.
A credit card is required at time of reservation but payment is not taken until check in at tour times
*We have a 24 hour cancellation policy*
*If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your tour time or fail to show up for your scheduled tour
you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%*
*At the time of check in, guests must have a valid credit card to be used in the event of damages.
(We have a "you break it you buy it" policy)
*Gratuity for our staff is not included in price*
